The aim of the course was to develop a full-scale prototype of a product that would be of use when living in a very small space.
I chose to work with the hallway, a space that can easily get cluttered with shoes. My focus was to make a shoe storage that took up as little space as possible both in use and when stored in its packaging.
I used a combination of nylon strings and clips to create a fluid shape that could be arranged in many different ways.
